It is an ancient tradition that has been around for centuries and is a gathering of women for women. By meeting in a supportive environment with the opportunity to meet with others from all walks of life. It’s a space that can be whatever you want it to be, a space to open, be heard and listened to without fear of judgement, a place where everyone is equal.

Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese technique that is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If someone's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stressed, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. It is a therapy that involves balancing the body’s energy forces and healing those energy forces through the transfer of universal energies from the therapist’s hands to the client through gentle touch to aid in the reduction of stress, and anxiety and encourage relaxation.
